Having Trouble with STK Push?

If the automatic payment fails, you can complete your purchase manually by following these steps:

1. Go to your M-Pesa menu on your phone.
2. Select Lipa na M-Pesa.
3. Select Paybill.
4. Enter Business Number: 4141245.
5. Enter Account Number:
   • R + Your Phone Number (e.g., R0712345678) for Regular Tickets.
   • V + Your Phone Number (e.g., V0712345678) for VIP Tickets.
6. Enter the amount:
   • Ksh 300 per Regular ticket.
   • Ksh 2000 per VIP ticket.
7. Enter your M-Pesa PIN and confirm the transaction.
8. Wait for an M-Pesa confirmation SMS. Once received, your ticket download link will be sent to the phone number provided.
